	Sarah Boulton, Chair Chair of NHS East of England. Previously chairman of NHS Bedfordshire. Background in business and finance.
	Kaye Burnett, Vice Chair Chair of NHS East Midlands. Background in communications, change management and equality and diversity.
	Dr Stephen Goode CBE Non-executive director from NHS East Midlands. Background in the probation service.
	Chris Handy OBE Non-executive director from NHS West Midlands. Background in social housing and local government.
	Deryk Mead Non-executive director from NHS West Midlands. Background in social services and children’s services.
	Valerie Morton Non-executive director from NHS East of England. Background in the voluntary sector, particularly the YMCA, NSPCC and the RNIB.
	Vijay Sharma Non-executive director from NHS East Midlands. Involved with the Appointments Commission’s Diversity and Equalities Panel, Culture East Midlands and other Leicester-based organisations.

	Director of Commissioning Development – Dr Paul Zollinger-Read (non voting member)  Director of commissioning development at NHS East of England. Previously chief executive of NHS Peterborough and NHS Cambridgeshire. GP leading national work on developing authorisation for CCGs.
	Director of Finance – Steve Clarke Director of finance for NHS East of England, since its establishment in 2006. Previously director of finance & performance for Trent SHA.
	Director of Performance and Operations - Professor Robert Harris Director of commissioning & performance at NHS East of England since 2010. Previously first policy director of Monitor.
	Director of Policy and Strategy – Dr Stephen Dunn (non voting member) Director of strategy at NHS East of England. Previously senior strategy advisor in the Department of Health.
	Director of Provider Development – Dale Bywater (non voting member) Director of performance and operations at NHS East Midlands. Previously assistant director of performance at Trent SHA.
	Director of Public Health – Dr David Walker (non voting member) Regional director of public health for the East Midlands. Previously acting RDPH for the North East Region.
	Director of Workforce & Leadership - Stephen Welfare (non voting member) Director of workforce and deputy chief executive for NHS East of England. Previously chief executive of the Essex NHS Workforce Development Confederation.
	Medical Director - Professor Chris Welsh Medical director for NHS Yorkshire & Humber. Previously medical director & chief operating officer at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Former vascular surgeon.
	Nurse Director - Dr Ruth May Chief nursing officer for NHS East of England since July 2009. Previously chief executive of Mid Essex Hospital Services NHS Trust.
